When paying for transnational trip products and services after making a trip reservation with us, 7x4flights is not responsible for final currency conversion or rates.You agree and admit that currency rates vary and any quoted price on the point in original currency is a guideline and not binding on us or the trip supplier.

Reservations made and paid for by the individual may be completely non-refundable, or there may be a penalty for cancelling or requesting a refund from the supplier of trip products and services.Once a booking has been made, there may be a penalty involved for cancellations and refunds as per the airline’s rules. To protect our clients, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and MasterCard verification number you provided are correct and that your debit/charge will be approved.The fare is flexible pending verification of such information. If the debit/credit card billing address and/or mastercard validation number cannot be verified in a timely and professional manner for any reason, or if the transaction is declined because the credit/debit card was declined by the issuing company or a travel provider, we are not liable. We are also not responsible for any ticket price changes or other charges that may occur during our verification process. In the case that the chosen fare is not offered Your credit card may have received an approval code. The authorisation code may temporarily debit the amount from your bank account if the transaction isn't completed.

The amount will be refunded as per the bank time frame within 24 to 48 hrs or as per your bank account timeframe. Please get in touch with your bank for any clarification if needed.

 

 

  1. OVERALL PROHIBITIONS

Since last-minute adjustments to flights frequently occur, airlines should confirm them and let passengers know. For domestic flights, you should reconfirm at least 24 hours before takeoff; for flights to Hawaii and other foreign locations, you should reconfirm at least 72 hours before takeoff.

 

In most circumstances, upgrades and standbys won't be allowed. Individual airlines are solely responsible for upgrades and standbys.

 

Many of our discounted tickets do not permit the accumulation of frequent flyer miles.

The airlines will receive a copy of every seat request. Please be aware that not every seat request will be honoured. Please get in touch with the airline directly if you want a quick confirmation of your seat or if you have any other unique needs, such as "stretcher assistance" or "wheelchair."

 

We reserve the right to refuse requests for travel to places where the US government has placed an official travel ban.

At the time of departure from overseas locations like Mexico, the Caribbean, the UK, and Australia, a passenger's duty or tax may be charged. These are government levies that are not included in the price of the initial ticket and are gathered at the airports.

Travel receipts requested for reservations booked a year ago or longer will incur an administrative cost of $28.

Human error (#11)

If one of our agents makes a mistake during the booking process, we will use reasonable efforts to fix it as soon as it occurs. In addition to a $50 coupon that can be used to make purchases from 7x4flights during the next 12 months, 7x4flights is committed to paying up to the full amount of service costs it has accrued for that booking. After getting your itinerary, you have 24 hours to report any mistakes. After these first 24 hours, 7x4flights won't be liable for these mistakes.

  1. RE-CONFIRMATION OF THE CALENDAR

It is the duty of the traveller to examine and confirm all information, including names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing, including any changes to airports, whether they booked via us online or directly with a customer service representative. Within four hours of completing the booking, you must notify 7x4flights customer support representatives if you see any discrepancies in the itinerary.

 

In the event that you do not call us within four hours of making the reservation, we will presume that you are satisfied with the arrangements you have made and will not be held responsible for any subsequent errors.

For a trouble-free trip, we usually advise storing the itinerary and checking it out right away.

  1. REFUND AND TERMINATION

After 24 hours after booking, the majority of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid vehicle rentals, holiday packages, and repair costs are non-refundable. Only telephone cancellations are permitted. Only if the aforementioned requirements are satisfied will we consider refund requests.

 

You have requested a cancellation and refund with us, provided that the fare rules allow for such actions; you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers for the processing of refunds); and we are prepared to obtain waivers from suppliers to carry out this requested cancellation and refund.

 

We are unable to provide a precise timeframe for how long it might take to process this requested refund. All refund claims are handled in chronological order. After you've given our customer service representative your request to cancel, we'll contact you to let you know that we've received it. Your eligibility for a refund is not guaranteed by receiving this notification. The agent who takes your cancellation or refund request just gives you an acknowledgment of your request and a tracking number. After receiving your request, we'll work with the suppliers—such as the airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies—to secure a waiver in accordance with those rules and let you know the outcome.

 

The initial travel reservation or booking's service fees are not refundable. Please be aware that we are connected to the suppliers in order to obtain the requested refunds. It will take more time after the supplier has accepted the refund for it to appear on the original payment method or in the manner specified by the customer support person. All vendors typically impose a fee for refunds. From the time your request is received until the credit appears on your bill, the entire process might take 60 to 90 days. In addition to any refund penalties imposed by the airlines and other suppliers, 7x4flights will impose a post-ticketing services fee. All refund fees are assessed per passenger, per ticket.

Only when the airline/supplier rules allow for such returns and a refund has been allowed by the supplier or a waiver has been submitted will these costs be applied. We will refund you our post-ticketing service fees that apply to your agent-assisted refund request if the supplier doesn't complete the refund, but we won't reimburse you for our booking fees from the initial trip reservation or booking.
